The role: Ad Operations Specialist - EU Headquarters
As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in the development and support of Ad Manager. You will be focused on publisher solutions with a drive toward reinventing entrenched advertising industry operations and processes. Ideally, you are already familiar with ad serving and are well-versed in HTML and JavaScript. You should have a high technical aptitude and enjoy hands-on learning in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities:
• Provide specialized technical support to publisher, advertiser and industry partners.
• Prepare internal documentation of processes and requirements.
• Train internal and external partners on industry best practices and product policies.
• Troubleshoot customer problems and utilize your ad serving experience to develop solutions.
• Work with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering and other teams to inform, test and implement product and operational improvements.
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; for language specific roles, fluency in one or more additional languages.
• Experience in a direct customer facing role, such as customer support or account management.
• Strong HTML and/or Javascript skills and experience troubleshooting clients' technical issues.
• Ability to absorb complex technical concepts, and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
• Creative problem-solving and analysis skills.
• Ad operations experience (trafficking, rich media, and/or inventory management) a big plus.
