The Chinese Diaspora is nowadays recognized as a wide spread phenomenon and is a large subject covered by many books, articles and websites. More overseas Chinese are coming back to China, and on the contrary more mainland Chinese are going abroad. As a side effect of globalization, the growing concern for China has created an increase in exchanges between East and West, and between members of the Chinese Diaspora.

To support this increase in communication between Chinese from all over the world, and to promote those cultural and professional exchanges, the Overseas Chinese Network (OCN) was established in May 2007.

The Overseas Chinese Network is an international community of overseas Chinese and professionals interested in the worldwide Chinese community.
Since its creation, OCN has become the 1st international network for overseas Chinese, and is based in major cities around globe such as Shanghai, Beijing, Singapore and Paris.

Our worldwide internet platform allows our members around the globe to connect, build relationships, exchange cultural and professional information, share their experiences, and help each other developing their careers.
